Rootpublish helps you preserve thoughts and experiences as sources for draft content. It is currently offered as a free beta. Please read this page and the privacy policy before using the service.

Currently available features
The web version supports answering prepared questions, saving original text, reviewing sources and setting sharing scope, assembling drafts from original text, AI writing with your own API key, approval, public pages, member invitations and data export. Google sign-in creates your account. Use the features and limits marked as available in the interface.
Rights to input and publish
Enter only information you have the right to use and share. Check the permitted sharing and publishing scope for confidential information and other people's personal information. You do not need to transfer the rights to your input or drafts to Rootpublish.
Human review
Review accuracy, rights and wording before approving or publishing a draft. Rootpublish does not guarantee search rankings, AI citations, views or results. Assembling original text into a draft does not verify facts or automatically rewrite it.
Charges and features in preparation
Paid web plans are not currently available for purchase. Synchronization between the web and WordPress versions and scheduled web publishing are in preparation. Web AI writing incurs charges with the provider of the API key configured in your workspace. AI charges may apply even if you do not receive a result. For the standalone WordPress plugin, AI service charges and conditions follow the agreement between you and that service.
Accounts and collaboration
Manage your Google account and devices appropriately. People invited to a workspace receive permissions according to the selected role. Check participants and permissions before sharing or publishing confidential information.
Prohibited use
Do not enter or publish information that violates the law or third-party rights, gain unauthorized access, impersonate others, evade usage limits or place excessive load on the service. We may restrict relevant use when misuse or security concerns arise.
Changes, interruptions and export
Features and usage limits may change during beta. Maintenance and incident response may temporarily interrupt availability. Where possible, we announce important changes or discontinuation in advance through the service. You can export the information you need from your workspace. See the privacy policy for what account deletion removes and how backups are handled.
Questions and concerns
Contact the operator about defects, rights violations or data handling. We review the circumstances and respond in accordance with applicable law.
